This option is used to maintain details of items that may potentially derail an employee's ability to achieve their stated goals.

  • Potential Derailers are allocated against an existing employee.

ESS Access

  • Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.

Field Information

ClosedDerailer Code

This field displays the related Derailer code.

ClosedDescription

This field displays the description of the Derailer code selected.

ClosedApplicable*

If the Derailer code is applicable to the employee, this field should be set to Y.

  • By default, this field is set to N.

 

ClosedComments

This field displays comments about the potential Derailer.

  • This field is only accessible from the drill down window.
